The Challenge is set...

I've always found writing a blog the hardest of tasks! I'm usually sat, coffee gone cold, looking at the ceiling hoping something really clever pops into my head! But there is hope... I like to doodle... infact I like to doodle so much I made it my job! And after a light bulb moment I thought what better to blog about than my current Doodle A Day challenge! So here's how it began...

One rainy February Morning in the Lavender Tree...  sat on my computer pretending to look very busy (Looking at holidays), Emma, (Yes another Emma it may get confusing), set me a challenge! To design a Card a day for 14 days!

Long time, no speak...

Its been a whirlwind of activity for emsOriginal ever since the big move to the Lavender Tree in Alderley Edge!

Its taken a few months but think we have finally found our feet, and slowly everything is beginning to look very emsOriginally in our new space!

Since the madness of Christmas has subsided we have been working around the clock to create new ideas, develop the gift range, re-open the emsOriginal etsy shop, and supply the best and most individual wedding stationery design!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

A little bit of Christmas.......

We have been busy digging out our sparkles, twinkles and glitter and we are getting into the Christmas spirit here at emsOriginal!

Autumn is here!

Well it felt like the summer washed away with the rain and before we knew it the crisp autumn air is upon us here in Cheshire. And with the Autumn comes some big changes for emsOriginal. For those who don't already know we have been busy moving studios, hence the very bad updating of the blog! eek!

But emsOriginal does have a new home at the lovely Lavender Tree in Alderley Edge. Its is a really very unique shop. Specialising in bespoke interiors and beautiful furnishings and gifts for the home. And now I am here as an in-house designer to create personalised gifts and frames!

So heres what I have been up to....
